End User License Agreement (EULA)

1) License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Hunted for personal entertainment.

2) Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source/assets
• No circumventing edition locks or purchase requirements
• No commercial use without written permission
• No redistribution of the Game or its assets

3) Ownership

The Game and all related content are owned by Darklight Interactive and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4) Updates

We may update the Game automatically or manually. Updates may change or remove features.

5) Termination

This license terminates if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.

6) Disclaimer

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising out of use of the Game.
