By accessing or using The Hunted (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2) Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3) Account, Purchases, and Editions
The Game may offer multiple editions and/or paid unlocks (e.g., “Basic” and “Brutal”). Availability, pricing, features, and requirements may change over time.
If purchases are introduced, you agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the payment provider’s terms.
4) License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
5) Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized automation
- Attempting to reverse engineer or bypass feature locks/paywalls
- Disrupting servers, flooding requests, or interfering with gameplay systems
- Using the Game to break laws or violate third-party rights
6) User Content
If the Game allows submissions (feedback, screenshots, comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for operating and promoting the Game.
7) Updates and Availability
The Game may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uptime or that any specific feature will remain available.
8) Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game.
